Shop Release Info

Shop restocks get announced 1 to 2 weeks prior to the official release date. E-newsletter subscribers get notified through email first, when they are announced. The date + time will be posted at the top of the website and also in my instagram bio.

I aim to have a shop release every 4 to 8 weeks. Each one will be unique and will include different pieces. To see behind the scenes and sneak peeks of what I'm working on you can follow me on Instagram @segrasoul.

Previews, with details like sizing, fabric info, photos, pricing etc., get posted a few days before each release. All the listings in the preview, prior to the release, will be marked as sold out but you can click on the individual items and see all the details. The preview will be available to view until about an hour before the release time, whereafter the website will switch to being password protected. The website will re-open at the official release time so be sure to refresh your browser and keep refreshing until you see it open. There will be no password required to enter (unless it's a secret release for email subscribers only).

 

To keep things fair, there are no holds or reserves on items. Releases work on a first come, first served basis. Please note, that by simply adding item(s) to your cart, does not mean they are reserved for you, as there may be multiple people going after the same piece(s).

• Ready-made items are most often one of a kind and are available one per size/style only.

• Pre-orders are typically offered in larger quantities but still have a limited number of spots available for each different size/style.
