Do you take on commission/custom work? No, I am not taking on any custom orders at this time.
Do you ship worldwide?
My regular pieces that are offered in the shop releases, ship within Canada, USA, Australia and UK. Items in the all-over-print-shop collection ship worldwide with some exceptions. If you don't see your location in the shipping menu, contact me for a custom shipping quote.
I placed an order but I changed my mind, can I cancel? Once an order is processed that item is reserved for you. I do not accept cancelations.
Can I checkout my order in my home currency?
When you visit my site, your home currency should automatically switch based on your location. You can see which currency is set by going to the footer of the website and checking the currency/country selector. To avoid conversion fees through your bank, please select your home currency/country before placing an order. Please note, currency exchange rates can fluctuate slightly as they are based on the most up-to-date conversion rate of the day.
Will I receive the exact item pictured?
Please note, due to differing color variances in every monitor and mobile device, colors may slightly vary.
When will my order ship out?
Ready-made pieces get packed and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days from order date.
Pre-order items will have the fulfillment timeframe details listed in the description, when they are available. Please keep this timeframe estimate in mind when placing order as I will not be able to ship out individual items sooner than stated.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Can items be machine washed?
The fiber dyes, paints and inks used on my pieces are all colorfast and set so garments can be machine washed. The general rule is to turn the garment inside out, use a delicate, cold water cycle with a gentle detergent and line/ air dry. The colors/ prints will not fade if washed and cared for properly. I do not recommend putting garments in the dryer. Cyanotype items are hand wash only. Detailed care instructions are included in the description in each listing when available.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of the garments are offered in sizes S to 2XL. I am only able to stock sizes that are available from my blanks manufacturers. There is no customizing of sizing available other than was is offered. Please refer to the size chart/guide and fit info in each listing to determine which size will be right for you. I work with different brands and sizing may differ from style to style.
Where do you source the blank clothing from?
I do a lot of fittings and sampling before I decide to stock a specific style of item in my shop. I work with different manufacturers and blank clothing wholesalers that supply quality, well made garments. Most items are designed and made in USA with some being made overseas. The Robes and Kaftans are all cut and sewn in house by me.
Do you offer wholesale?
I am not offering wholesale items at this time.
