Shipping Info

My regular items I offer in my shop releases ship to Canada, USA, Australia and UK only. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification along with tracking. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Canada 3 to 10 business days

USA 3 to 6 business days

Australia 2 to 6 weeks

UK 3 to 6 weeks

 

ALL-OVER-PRINT-SHOP DELIVERY

The clothing pieces in the all-over-print collection, are produced by a US based partner manufacturing company. Your order will be fulfilled within 5 to 10 business days and then shipped out to you from their warehouse. The items ship worldwide with some exceptions. If you don't see your location at checkout please message me for a custom shipping quote. All-over-print orders shipping outside of USA (eg. Canada, Australia) may be subject to import duty/custom taxes on arrival. You as the buyer will be responsible for the payment of any applicable fees in your country.

Australia 2 to 3 weeks  

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the item(s) weight. If you purchase multiple orders separately and they can be packed/ shipped out together at the same time, then the shipping charges will be combined and a refund will be issued for any shipping overage (if any applies over $5).

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Australia & UK bound orders will pass through customs authority upon arrival to the destination. You as the buyer, are responsible for any applicable fees/ taxes/ customs charges due on your order at the time of delivery.

 

ADDRESSES

Please double check that your shipping address has been entered correctly and is your current shipping address. If you need to change or add anything please email me as soon as possible with your full name and order #. Once a package has been dispatched and is in transit, I cannot make any updates or changes. Orders placed outside of Canada and USA, must include a phone number.

 

TRACKING

All orders are sent via tracked shipping. If your order tracking reads as DELIVERED, Segrasoul cannot be held responsible for mail theft/loss. Claims for theft/ lost packages can be filed with the shipping provider. Please contact me if you have a problem with your order.

 

DELAYS

In most cases, packages are delivered within the estimated carrier shipping times. Delays may happen due to events like severe weather, holiday post office closures and unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the final delivery of your package within the given timeframe. Transit delays are rare but do happen so your patience is greatly appreciated.

 

TAXES

Taxes apply to Canadian orders only and must be paid at the time of checkout.
