Please be sure you absolutely want something before purchasing. Once your order goes through, that item is reserved for you. I do not accept cancellations.
Returns + Exchange
Returns and exchanges outside of CANADA/ USA are not accepted.
Exchanges are only possible for sizing changes, in the same style of item you ordered. Some items in releases are limited, if an exchange is not possible, the return policy will apply.

Swimsuits are final sale (no exchanges or returns). Other items in the AOP-shop are eligible for size exchange only, in the same style/color of item as ordered, no exceptions.
To start a return/exchange find your order confirmation email and hit reply or use the contact form and include your full name + order #, within 5 days of receiving your package. Item(s) must be shipped back to me within 7 days of the return/exchange email confirmation. You, as the buyer, will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and in case of an exchange, the new postage for the exchanged item. Items must be sent back in their original condition (unworn).
Shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the initial order will be deducted from the refund. Once your return is received in the mail, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used on the order.
